One Dead One Injured In Plane Crash At Flying School
One twin engine trainer at Advanced Flying school crashed at the south auxiliary field causing fatal injuries to Lt. William M. Hoover and serious injuries to Cadet George H. Hallin. Hoover died Monday night. Lt. Yeager witnessed the crash. A board of inquiry opened into the incident. Hoover, 23, from Los Angeles, had been with the school since November.

George S Bodry 65 veteran railroad foreman was found dead in his North Fifth street home with death attributed to a heart attack. Born August 28 1877 in Palestine Texas he later lived in Mississippi Texas and finally Rankin before settling in Livingston where he worked since 1915. He married Sue Hubbs in 1906 and left four daughters a son in the Navy and several siblings. Funeral held Tuesday at the Methodist church with interment at Elm Grove Cemetery.

District Attorney Alan Fraser said there are no new cues in the A F Robinson murder case as investigators from the Southwest cooperate and question numerous suspects. Robinson was killed by a masked intruder who entered the home on Wednesday night March 24. his 17 year old daughter aided the defense by striking the bandit with a stair railing post.

Mrs. Francis Shepler from the New York office assists this week, formerly finance secretary of the Chicago YWCA.
