Rail wage cuts ordered by ABOR board stir union response

The ABOR board lowers monthly pay for rail floating equipment crews with engineers $140 to $160, captains $120 to $150, mates $100, amid union reactions expected at a July 1 meeting. The decision cites cost of living declines since 1920 and industry-wide wage reductions as justification.
