The Alliance Nebraska City Council on April 19, 1916 adopted resolutions requiring sidewalk construction along the north side of West 2nd Street and other described lots within thirty days. The order lists numerous blocks and additions including Hitchcock Hill Snedeker, Sheridan Addition, and Toluca Avenue properties. Sidewalks to be built by property owners per Ordinances 111 and 126.
