Judge Tash Dismisses Spud Contract Case
County Judge Tash ruled there was no binding contract between RE. G. Herman and Thomas Green over Prime No. 1 Red Triumph potatoes. Herman claimed a $106.69 breach, alleging a January 18, 1921 agreement and partial payment by a torn $25 check. Green testified he had no potatoes to sell and acted as an agent for a tenant.
