Land Office in Alliance Nebraska announces a public sale under General Land Office provisions. Eugene A Hall holds Serial No 019272 and bids start at 5.00 per acre for the S2 SW2 of Section 22 Township 23 North of the Principal Meridian, sale at 10 am on May 24. Registered T J OKeefe will conduct the sale.
Land Office at Alliance Nebraska announces a public sale under Sec 2455 R and provisions of the General Land Office. Alban B Hall has filed Serial No 019280 and the sale starts at 10:00 AM on May 4 at the land office with a minimum bid of 5.00 per acre.
Notice issued under Section 2455 R. S. states that at 10 o'clock A M on May 24 a land auction will open at the office for two parcels in Township 22 North Range 49 West: part of Section 35 and Lot 1 in Section 2.
Ordinance 278 requires a city clerk issued permit before erecting or adding to any building valued at 100 dollars or more within Alliance. It sets filing of applications, $1 fee per permit, completion report within 30 days, and record keeping. violation carries penalties.
Section six sets penalties for violations of the ordinance with fines ranging from five to one hundred dollars and jail until fines and costs are paid. Section seven repeals conflicting ordinances. The ordinance takes effect after passage approval and publication. Mayor A D Rogers signs. City Clerk Grace H Kennedy attests.
