Ordinance 29 fixes city garbage collection charges in Alliance including 5.00 for burying a one-year-old horse or cow and 2.50 for under one year, 4.00 for a dead cat, and 1.50 per load of two cubic yards for refuse. It repeals portions of prior ordinances and takes effect after passage, approval, and publication.
