Form Home Guard Enlistment For Six Years In Iowa

Des Moines reports Iowa cities including Burlington Iowa City Cedar Rapids Mason City Fort Dodge Sioux City Council Bluffs Red Oak Shenandoah Fort Madison Ottumwa and Des Moines moving to form national guard style home guard units under War Department authority. Government orders Omaha depot for Camp Dodge purchases
