Joint Drainage Board Proceedings May 1917 Iowa
The Joint Boards of Kossuth Emmet Winnebago and Kossuth counties meet in May 1917. They adopt resolutions on settlements of appeals for District No 2 and No 68 130, appoint engineers, fix damages, approve supplementary reports, and authorize contracts for drainage work. Adjournments set dates for June 1917 and designate maintenance and payments.
