Bomb wrecks Fourth Street National Bank in Philadelphia

Garner Iowa reports identify Rolla Steele of Garner as the bomber who blew the bank interior apart after demanding a loan. Two killed, nine injured, including cashier W McLear, with a key ring bearing the name R Steele found among debris. Bank president R Rushton survived, describing the chaos and recovered body parts. Earthquake Clause Seeks Fire Damage Ruling
