Burial for Joseph Weiger at St Josephs Cemetery Wesley
Joseph Weiger died last Wednesday after a long illness. He was buried at St Josephs Catholic Cemetery in Wesley on Sunday at noon. He leaves a wife, two daughters, and five sons, including Joseph Jr. and others named. The obituary notes his character as a good, honest, industrious Catholic and records all mourners present at the funeral.

Forest City lands sell 800 acres to Busch Bros near town
A 300 acres farm four miles west of Forest City changed hands this week as B. A. Plummer sold the well improved tract. Busch Bros. of Clinton bought the 800 acres in the Forest City area amid rising land values.

Wolf killed by car in Minn. chase
Littl Falls Minn Dec 22 Dr E E Hall killed a big wolf on a road north of the city after a three mile chase. The wolf appeared ahead of the car and dodged from side to side but stayed on the road. It was struck and killed by the bumper of the automobile.
