On motion the following resolution adopted for Drainage Districts 126 127 80 and 88 with hearings on petitions set for January 1936 and 1915 dates, reports by C F Paine and other engineers approved and notices ordered. Also claims scheduled and warrants authorized for payments to contractors and auditors.
Probate notice states a will of Annet Geen is to be opened read and settled in the District Court of Kossuth County Iowa at the February term. The public reading occurred on January 24, 1025 and the matter concerns interested parties and the court.
