In the District Court of Kossuth County Iowa Adalph Gramans plaintiff vs McGregor Missouri River Railway Company unknown claimants and other defendants. The petition states plaintiff claims sole fee simple title to the NW quarter of section 25 township 94 range 28 and that unknown claimants hold or may claim any interest derived by succession or other means through a patent to the railroad company dated April 8 1871. The suit seeks to quiet title and bar all claims adverse to plaintiff with equitable relief and warns that if defendants fail to appear by the April term 1913 at Algona Iowa default will be entered. Filed March 18 1913 by Sullivan McMahon attorneys for plaintiff.

Defendants are notified to appear before noon on the second day of the next April term at the Court House in Algona Iowa.
