The British steamer Clan Mac Millan has been sunk in the Bay of Bengal and the crew of the veaser is missing according to advice received by the marine department of the chamber of commerce. The vessel is a 4109 net ton steel screw ship registered in Glasgow and owned by Cayzer Irvine & Co Ltd.
A Santa Barbara tie and polo company property fire near Carson National Forest in Taos County drew 125 firefighters. The ten day report notes 86 district fires, with most in Arizona. Sitgreaves, Coconino and Tusayan forests suffered the heaviest losses while the overall hazard remained extremely high.

Roswell New Mexico June 21 dramatic appeals marked the close of the eighteenth day in the estate versus Nannie Halsey Luther Foster and William Archer murder case. Rome reports that judges across Italy from the supreme court to ordinary courts issued a formal protest against a British Labour party resolution condemning the kidnapping of Matteotti.
