Cincinnati June 18 A P report says ten railroad unions served formal notice to strike if authorized by the 1 225 000 workers affected by wage cuts on July 1. Blood led to capture of Fred Brown in Wyoming

Fred Strewn alias Gus Grimes alias Ernest Busch, wanted in Omaha for binding two women and a man, was captured near Rawlins Wyoming after a posse shot him. Brown described his escape, crimes in Omaha, and past as a Wyoming sheep herder using the Busch alias. Nebraska sheriff Gus Hyers plans to move Brown to Omaha. Brown, hospitalized, spoke of armed defiance and the ditch capture while praising a warden who treated him squarely.
