Santa Fe June 118 A special dispatch reports that no formal complaint exists against a 15 percent intra state freight rate rise sought by railroads for New Mexico. Rail representatives argued rates here are lower than Arizona and similar to Texas points. Sworn data show NM rates for 50 miles at 23 cents per hundred, Arizona at 27. The proposed increase would still leave NM below Arizona.
