St. Louis June 13 Secretary of Commerce Nagel a Missouri Republican national committeeman declined to comment on the national committee decisions awarding Missouri's four delegates at large and four district delegates to Roosevelt. He said he did not participate in the Missouri contests citing his position in the president's cabinet.
Colonel Roosevelt may attend the Chicago convention after hours of telephone discussions with Senator Dixon. He says final decision undecided, with Roosevelt delegates angered by Chicago's handling and urging his presence as a leader of the fight for the people. He plans to return to Oyster Bay and make up his mind in the morning.

Denver June 18 Attorney General Griffith issued an opinion to the state tax commission finding Colorado statutes indefinite on whether power light and irrigation companies operating in two counties or more are public utilities The opinion suggests the commission and county assessors should assess properties of such entities to avoid complications until a test case reaches the supreme court This followed a Boulder county suit by a power company challenging county assessors taxing its property.
