Washington June 11 There is no agreement on any feasible plan for positive action in Russia and the U S attitude remains unchanged until further development of importance occurs. An appeal from the cadet party to send an expeditionary force is being reviewed with international coordination discussed by officials.
New York June 11 Sr George V Lomonosoff head of the Russian railway mission to the United States told a Madison Square Garden audience that history condemns inviting foreign armies to Russia for order. Resolutions urged U S recognition of the Soviet government and protested the armed intervention campaign carried on in the United States by imperialistic elements.
An American named Smith was killed when Villa followers raided a train near Bantiage Vapasquiare in Durango. The attackers robbed passengers and burned the train, and Smith was said to be brother of Catarineo Smith, a storekeeper in Durango. The Villa main band is active in the Pilar De Concho district where a fight with federal troops occurred last week.

In New York June 11 a federal court heard that The Finished Mystery was not completed until after the United States declared war on Germany. George Fisher of Scranton testified in the trial of Joseph K Rutherford and seven Kruyselliites on espionage act charges. William Hudgins of the Watch Tower Society faced further proceedings, held on 5900 bail after contempt findings. Fisher admitted editing the book and that a passage on conscription was added later.
Seventeen hundred soldiers from Fort Bliss are being naturalized in the present term of the U S district court. A total of 306 were naturalized today as Judge W K Smith plans a special term at Marfa Texas to naturalize aliens in the Big Bend military district.
A federal grand jury indicted seven people in San Francisco on charges of attempting to defraud President Wilson by posing as accredited agents for an Indian revolutionary movement.
