Thanks to Herb Strum Wesley Larsen Donald Austin and Emerald and Eugene Erickson for helping harvest 47 corn varieties. Results will be ready soon with soybean and sorghum data, booklets likely by Christmas.
Ronald Lester Parker, 19, of Sioux City Iowa, pled guilty October 13 to larceny of property under 20 dollars in a Justice of the Peace court, fined 100 dollars with 75 suspended on good behavior. The incident involved stealing two hub caps from Junior Satter’s car in Akron Iowa. He also received a 10 dollar fine and costs in Akron on an assault and battery charge.
