Frank Nye Cedar Rapids Iowa Red Cross fund chairman says response to flood relief appeals has been gratifying but more help is needed soon. He notes floods since early last month fed and sheltered victims and that as Mississippi floods recede the Red Cross will continue aid for one to six months. Iowa remains well below its 1.2 million 1965 quota and urges contributions sent to local Red Cross chapters nationwide.
