Westfield notes include Mr and Mrs Hans Willer traveling to Keystone Iowa for a niece's funeral. Dorothea Taylor hosts 4 H club with mothers invited and lunch. Harvey Taylor hosts Friday night with Rev Moore guest. Sympathy sent to Robertson and Molzen families. Henry Biehucker Sr and Jr escaped injury when their car slid off a plank bridge in Hartman’s driveway. Mike Hunt family from Worthington Minn visit. Rose Herzberg from near Merrill visits cousin Mrs L C Huebsch.

Locals travel to Mitchell South Dakota and Omaha for visits. Ivy poisoning treated for Mrs Lester Seeley. residents Hannah Sellberg and Wayne Waterman visit Sioux City and Wm Ericson home.
Mrs Wayne Waterman and others visited the Wm Ericson home Sunday. H F Bradley Ruby visited Ross Root Sunday evening. Union Creek Home Extension Club held its second meeting at Mrs L Bly’s home Tuesday May 7 demonstrating different breads and served lunch.
The Preston township Lutheran Ladies Aid met at the H R Frerichs home on Thursday May 2. Mr and Mrs John Coyle and children visited the George Fara home Sunday afternoon. Mr and Mrs Fred Haage Jr and sons were callers in the Henry Cassen home Sunday. The funeral of the infant son of Mr and Mrs Marvin Rounds drew many relatives and friends to the service Sunday afternoon, with heartfelt sympathy extended to the family. The Preston 4 H Girls club met at the Conrad Gerrits home Saturday afternoon.
Garland residents welcome visitors at Henry Busch home and Dick Hamilton’s circle. Farmers Union meeting draws a large crowd at George Fieckbohm home. Widespread social calls include the Lewisons and Petersons. Will Rogers trivia noted as dime chain letters shared. Wag ner ill health ongoing. Old Gang visits Dick Marple home Friday night.
All enjoyed the occasion with midnight Innch and a cake for Mr. Marple on his birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Heeren were hit by a disorderly driver north of Alcester on Sunday evening. they escaped injury but their car was damaged. Mr. and Mrs. Lever Sommervold Jr. and children visited Eddie Lewison's home and Grandma Fickbohm Monday evening.
Estate of U B Kenaston deceased in Plymouth County Iowa notices heirs Chas W Kenaston Hattie Ferguson Minnie Van Zandt Wilbur Kenaston M A Kenaston Daisy Port Michel Parker Florence Allen May Kanage named heirs at law. On April 30 1935 a probate action was commenced in state court and notices were issued to all interested parties.
The Clerk of the District Court in Plymouth County Iowa opened a document purporting to be the last will of A. B. Kenaston deceased The 27th day of May 1936 has been fixed for final proof and hearing at which interested persons may appear and show cause why the will should not be admitted to probate.
The District Court of Plymouth County Iowa appoints an administrator of the estate of Joseph B Klauer deceased on April 30 1935. Creditors and all persons indebted to the estate must promptly settle or file their claims as required by law.
