Multiple Sclerosis Drive Aims To Aid Akron Area
The northwest chapter of the National MS Society runs its annual May drive between Mother's Day and Father's Day to fund patient services and education in Akron. Sixty percent stays locally, while the rest goes to national HQ for research. Since 1946 the society has allocated millions to aid patients and research, aiming to uncover a cause and a cure.
