Property dispute over Akron land seeks clear title
In Plymouth County Iowa Hobart W Toss sues William F Hunting and multiple entities to confirm ownership of two described parcels along Reed Street and the Big Sioux River near Akron. The petition alleges absolute fee simple title to Tract No 1 and Tract No 2, with known and unknown claimants disputed, and claims possession over ten years. The defendants are to be notified of the case filed in district court.
