Obituary for Ronald L. Klemme 1938 1964 Akron Iowa
Ronald Lee Klemme, 11, died Wednesday in a Sioux City hospital after a short illness. Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 am at Akron Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Harris Hostager officiating. burial followed in Riverside Cemetery. Military rites were by Hoschler Post 186 American Legion. Pallbearers were Darrell Boetger, Parnell Boetger, Leonard Koch, Alvern Baum, James Hawks, and Phillip Bernard. Prayer services were Friday at 8 pm at Schroeder Funeral Home. He was born February 11, 1938 in Akron and married May 18, 1964 to Kay Niehus. He served in the armed forces from 1957 to 1961. Surviving are his wife, his parents Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Klemme, two brothers Wendell and Darwyn, a sister Mrs. Norman Nielsen, and grandmother Mrs. Hanna Osterthun, all of Akron.

County ASC Chairman Cecil J. Kennedy warns producers with 1967 or 1968 crop corn stored under price support loans that loans mature July 31.
