Recruiter Earns Army Commendation Medal in Vietnam Service
Omaha native Staff Sergeant Loyal J. Fulcher assigned to the Sioux City Army Recruiting Station received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service in Vietnam. While in Vietnam he served as administrative noncommissioned officer at Phuoc Long National Training Center with the US Military Assistance Advisory Group. The citation lauds his professional skill and energy. He lives in Sgt. Bluff Iowa with his wife Erica and children. He has also served in Iran and Germany and stateside at Ft. Hood and Ft. Lewis.
