Daryl Port tops high individual series with 602 and Ron Schroeder high game at 233. Caskeys Truckline and Farmers Co op lead team totals with 2658 and 2599 series and 960 and 932 games respectively. Notables include Norm Nielsen 584 and Ann Malcom 221 in singles and Bombers 665 in a team game.
Report lists top performers across teams with high games and series. Notable figures include Rick Pollock 232 and Joe Trotzig 234 in games, Eunice Klemme 522 and Joe Wych 534 in series, Cardinals posting 465 in a team game and 1298 in team series, and the 4 Cotton Pickers achieving 732 in a team game and 2056 in team series.
Akron Bowl led the Friday Civic Bowling League with the high team series at 2374 and high team game 852 for Taylor Trucking. Individual leaders included Ed Hartmann with a 545 series and Phil Beaubien posting a 207 high game.

Mrs. Eunice K. McCrill Small 54 longtime Sioux City resident died Monday in a local hospital after a long illness. Born September 28 1915 in Harrison County Iowa she moved to Sioux City in 1939 and married Donald E. Small in LeMars on October 23 1933. Survivors include her husband two daughters Marlene Graham of Omaha Patty L. Small of the home a son Donald W. Small a brother Wayne McCrill Akron Iowa a sister Leora Harvard Sioux City and five grandchildren Funeral services were held that Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church Leeds.
June Heeren thanks all relatives and friends for cards visits and flowers while in the hospital. She also expresses appreciation to Pastor Roy Dr Trotzig and nurses for their care.
