Heavy early week snowfall blessed farmers as needed moisture, with milder initial drift but roads kept open in Plymouth County. Rural eighth graders completed exams at central points. Card club hosts large luncheon at Lloyd Morehead home

Westfield Middlings special event drew a large attendance with a pleasant luncheon. Louise Willer served as assistant hostess. The February 17 sale at Fred Thiel's drew good turnout, though some outside the township were unaware the township had such an event.
