Thildren of Akron spent Sunday afternoon in Roy Port home as Mr and Mrs George Hummel hosted relatives. They later visited Bud Waterbury to watch TV. Florence Banks and family returned from San Marcus Texas after Thanksgiving with Roger Banks at Gary Air Force Base. The Tuesday Club exchanged gifts at Grace Spaulding’s home and delivered them to the Cherokee mental hospital.

Florence Banks and Belmer Ross with Vera and T A Ross traveled to Texas visiting several relatives from November 26 to December 4. They toured Norman Weber in Omaha and others in San Marcos Tyler Tulsa and Lawrence. They crossed the Gulf of Mexico and enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal near a mountain stream west of San Marcos in 75 degree weather with mosquitoes.
