Sixth: Heeren and Goodrich threshing crews held ice cream suppers after their runs as rains delay finish.

Chatsworth Social Notes Fill Hudson and Rock Valley Visits

Mrs Charlie Marshall and daughter Maxine of Hudson and Virginia Schmidt of Rock Valley visited the Bennett home Monday. Mike Russell and family of Brunsville visited Joe Westover Sunday. Lloyd Dowd and wife of Sioux City were in town Sunday. Mrs Schumacher and Mrs Anna Westegard were visited by their brother Mr Puthoff and wife from Carroll Wednesday and Thursday. D K Bennett attended W W Burrill funeral at Akron Wednesday forenoon. Mrs Orin Harris and Carol and Trina Johnson were Sioux City visitors Tuesday. H J Schumacher has been ill with an infection for a week. A Lee family picnic was held at the Anderson home west of Hudson Sunday.
