Summer Graduation Held at Morningside College

Thirty Morningside College seniors received diplomas at the summer graduation in Klingler Forum on campus. College president Dr. J. Richard Palmer addressed the group on the theme The Christian in Comprehensive. Eight two year teacher certificates were awarded, with diplomas presented by Palmer and deans Green and Walsh. Music was by a brass ensemble from the Conservatory of Music.

Sioux City Community Theatre moves to Victory Theater

The Sioux City Community Theatre expands membership and moves to the Victory Theater at 615 Fifth Street in Sioux City. The season includes five productions led by notable stars, with ten nights per show and season tickets priced at four dollars for the five plays.
