Dakota 400 May Die as South Dakota Loses Rail Service

A Pierre dispatch reports the Dakota 400 passenger line faces discontinuation by the Chicago and North Western, threatening cross state service. Since 1949 South Dakota has seen 2,257 miles of passenger routes dropped, leaving mainly Sioux Falls and Aberdeen with limited rail access.
