St Catherine's Guild Meeting and August Services Update

Westfield write ups note St Catherine's Guild will meet August 10 at Miss Maizin Tracy's home with Mrs James Tracy as joint hostess. Sunday services resume August 21 after no church or Sunday school on Sundays August 7 and 14. Ed Faust family moves and local visits and birthday celebrations are recorded along with a newborn Todd Mason and family gatherings at Stone Park and Beaubien home.

Klemme family holds annual reunion in Akron Park

The Klemme annual reunion on July 24, 1955 at Akron Park drew 94 attendees. Residents from Ak ron and vicinity listed many Klemme relatives with spouses and children, plus attendees from Spink Craig LeMars Spirit Lake Salina Harris Denver Duluth and Chicago. The event featured a picnic dinner and an afternoon of visiting.
