The IRS holds that a farmer who receives a certificate of interest under the price support program and cashes it in the following year to obtain loan proceeds must include the loan in gross income in the year the loan is consummated, not when the certificate was received. Mrs A Schoenrock Called By Death
Mrs A Schoenrock died at Hawarden after a long illness. She had been bedfast since February 1 and died on April 14 in the local hospital. Survived by three sons Emil, Edwin, and Ervin of Hawarden, two brothers Charles Utech of Sioux City and Herman Utech of Hawarden, two sisters Rose Schultz and Anna Frerichs of Sioux City, eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. her husband, daughter Edith Nitzschke, parents, and two brothers preceded her in death.
