Special correspondence notes the Senior Class Play Ys A Girl now set for Friday April 21 at 8 pm replacing the previously announced date. DCCW Spring Deanery meeting in LeMars on April 20 begins at 9 30 with officer and parish rep board session and a 11 am mass followed by lunch and short afternoon program. St Catherine Guild meets April 13 at 2pm at Mrs Daryl Taylors home with Mary Lou Lias assisting.
The Congreational Ladies Aid Society will meet at the church on April 20 at 2 p.m. with devotions led by Helen Joseph and Florence Knapp delivering "A New Role for the Volunteer." May 16 features Rev. Epperson of First Christian Church, Ottumwa Iowa, recounting travels in the Holy Land during an evening meeting. Plans and committees form for the West Field Centennial to be held August 4 and 6, with Miss Town and Bam Erickson in town April 18 to promote it.
WEWS reports Cecil J. Kennedy announces that interest rates for price support commodity loans remain about 8 percent and 4 percent for storage facility and equipment loans. The decision follows the Agriculture Secretary's annual review of CCC programs amid rising farm costs and credit costs.
The reseal program extends price support loans on four farm stored grains for 1966 crops and on 1965 and 1964 crops, with potential one year extensions. Loans may be repaid with interest at any time before delivery, and storage rates will be announced by the county ASCS office.

Creditors and indebted persons are warned to pay or file claims within six months from the second publication, otherwise claims are forever barred. Dated April 3, 1987.
