Lynn Mass Sept 15 Justice Horace Gray of the United States Supreme Court died at Nahant paralysis was the cause born in Boston in 1828 he graduated from Harvard class of 1845 and from Harvard Law School in 1840 he served as reporter for Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court 1854 then associate justice 1862 to 1878 and chief justice until 1878 later appointed to the U S Supreme Court in 1882.

Washery operations resume under guard in Tamaqua region
