Albert Battreall a 44 year old painter died suddenly while working with his brother in law Haushalter at the Mitt er Rubber Co factory on Stanton avenue Monday afternoon. He was found hanging head downward with his foot caught between boards. Coroner Leberman ruled heat exhaustion as the cause. Battreall unmarried lived with Haushalter at 237 South Howard Street. Funeral services at Parks chapel Wednesday afternoon with interment in Mt Peace cemetery.
