Miss Ann Toeller of Akron plans a long journey to Sidney Australia to wed Joseph Melein, a broker who travels between Australia and New Zealand. The couple met after her return from Germany and Australia, with a significant check sent to aid the engagement. Procter Toeller, a vocalist, studied in Germany and will accompany her on the trip. Wade later confessed he fired the fatal shot. both men 21 and 22 years old, born in Pennsylvania and Georgia.
