Widow Wagner Loses Judgment Against Railroad Company
The widow of Morris H. Wagner of Somerset Man has not secured a judgment for 8250 against the P and W Railroad Co over damages from her husband s death in a wreck on the 1 I W at Ohio Falls two years ago. At the time he directed a car load of horses from Akron to Pittsburgh. The railroad company paid Mrs Wagner the amount of her judgment against it, and Mr Hay received 8500 from the company to recover the law of his horses.
