Petit larceny case involves wagon sale dispute
In police court on Vueaday morning Max Ieller of Hust Fourth St pleaded not guilty to petit larceny. The case, involving a dinner wagon valued at 25 cents and a wagon valued at 25 dollars, was continued to the following morning.
