USC partners with libraries to boost statewide literacy
USC unveils a 6 million plan to link children and parents with libraries, creating reading centers in Columbia, a ReadMobile caravan, and an endowed literacy chair. The Augusta Baker Chair will support statewide literacy research, with public libraries and day cares hosting workshops and storytelling efforts.
