Katrina fraud suspected arrest warrant in Aiken County

An arrest warrant is issued for 34 year old Rebecca A. Richard of Warrenville charged with obtaining money under false pretenses for 665 dollars from the Aiken County Red Cross. Police say she posed as a Katrina survivor and lived in Aiken while saying she abandoned New Orleans residency.
