The Ninth Annual Aiken Jaycee County Fair opens at 6 p.m. Tuesday with Mayor H Odell Weeks and City Manager Roland H Windham at a ribbon cutting to dedicate the new fairground building on U S Highway II. Admission is 75 cents for ages seven and up, 50 cents parking, with Children’s Nights Wednesday and Thursday and free entry for 18 and under with school tickets.
