Wagener Salley snapped a 19 game losing streak dating to 2008 by rallying past Ridge Spring Monetta 26 19. Quarterback Sam Clarke connected with Derrick Harrison on a 55 yard scoring pass with under 30 seconds left to seal the victory.
The Wagner-Salley War Eagles travel to Blackville Hilda High School for a Friday basketball game against the Blackville Hilda Hawks. The matchup pits two local programs in a region contest with regional bragging rights on the line.
