Ex cheerleader sex charges dropped amid inconsistencies
Prosecutors dismiss the case against Stephanie Kirkland 20 of Graniteville on three counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct and four counts of lewd act upon a minor. They cited inconsistencies in the alleged victim testimony and lack of evidence. The Aiken County Sheriff's Office said there is no indication the accuser lied and no charges are expected against the 13-year-old.
