Burglary reports include a York Street store, Chatfield Street home, and White Pond Road residence. Missing items include cash jewelry television drugs and a four wheeler. Vehicle thefts and break ins were reported on multiple streets in Aiken North Augusta Warrenville Trenton and Williston.

Aiken Master Gardeners Host Fall Education Day
Aiken Master Gardeners present a semi annual gardening education day at the Aiken Farmers Market from 8 am to noon Saturday. Three free lectures feature Bill Hayes on winter weeds and turfgrass care at 9 am Peggy Gillingham on fall plants at 10 am and Vicky Bertagnolli on insect-collecting for children at 10 am. A plant sale offers fall and winter plants and demonstrations cover deer resistant plants tree identification and composting.
