Fatal head on collision shuts Highway 19 in Edgefield
An afternoon crash at the S C Highway 19 and Good Springs Road intersection left 85 year old Madison T. Penland dead at the scene. Joseph Allen, 38, of Edgefield was transported to MCG with a severe ankle fracture. Police probe ongoing with charges pending.
