Aiken teens charged in cat abuse case near USC Lancaster
Joshua Allen Kiser and Grant Payton Bodison, both 19, from Aiken and Simpsonville, face ill treatment charges after a BB pistol shot injured a feral cat at 1521 John Everall Road on Sept 10. The cat was dispatched by a resident and later buried. sheriff urges tips to Lancaster County authorities.
