Native American beadwork trunk show opens in Blackville
Beaver Creek Native American artist Sarah Jolley will display handcrafted jeweled treasures at Rivers, Rails and Crossroads Discovery Center in Blackville from Saturday through Oct 23. The free event runs 1 to 5 p.m. for the opening reception, with Jolley present to discuss her 11 years of gem and mineral inspired work.

The Aiken Post Office will hold monthly passport fairs with varying times to aid applications. The first event runs Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. After 5 p.m. only passport transactions proceed. Glass Menagerie tickets on sale at USC Aiken
Tickets are on sale for USC Aiken's University Theatre production of The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams.
