Aiken County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cynthia Lowe 49 of 1627 Plantation Drive after her 64-year-old boyfriend reported she fired a pistol toward him inside their Tavelle Plantation Drive home. Deputies found a bullet hole in the bathroom wall and used force to restrain Lowe who was brought to the detention center.
An Aiken man walking home on Tuesday around 4 a.m. was robbed of a bag by two Black males on George Street. He was struck and hospitalized after the incident. suspects fled with the bag and the victim says he cannot recall the robbery location exactly.
A 49 year old Aiken man says his roommate assaulted him with a baseball bat on Windham Way. An Edgefield Highway gas station was looted with merchandise taken and a burgundy car fled. A Warrenville man was arrested for disorderly conduct after sitting on a vacant Golf Course Road porch. A North Augusta woman alleges her husband struck her on Celeste Avenue and fled with their 1 year old. A Warrenville woman reports theft at Mayson Plantation Drive home. A North Augusta resident reports a break in at Edna Street through a back door window.

Incidents include a Windsor assault on a man visiting his kids, a Good Spring Road water pump tampered with, a Cherokee Avenue roommate dispute over a debit card, a shed break‑in on Whitehall Road, a Warrenville marijuana and firearm arrest, a Deneb Drive urination in a residence, a Richland Avenue harassment and sales plot, a Deerwood Drive debit card theft over $2000, a Richland Avenue doctor’s office threat over prescriptions, a Richland Avenue gas station car theft, a Washington Circle car break in, and a Alfred Street domestic assault and purse theft.
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker will not visit Aiken County on Saturday after he withdrew from the presidential race on Monday. Aiken County Republican Party Chairman K T Ruthven confirmed the cancellation of Walker's event at Bobby's Bar-B-Q in Warrenville. Walker said suspending his campaign would help clear the field and allow a positive conservative message to rise to the top of the polls.
