Brad Riley of Aiken and Richard Horonder of Miami described a treacherous chase as Hurricane Isabel battered northeastern North Carolina. Cancer survivor paddler Linda Owens stars in Charleston dragon boat program

Linda Owens a USC Aiken professor and cancer survivor spends Tuesday chemotherapy sessions in Charleston then paddles for an hour in a 20 member dragon boat on the Ashley River.
