Marquis Hicks, 27, charged as accessory to murder in the May fatal shooting of 19 year old Kaliel Bey at Paces Run Apartments. Hicks allegedly gave a gun to suspect Tobias Thomas, 19, who was extradited from Georgia and charged with murder and weapons offenses. Bey died at Augusta University Medical Center after being shot on May 26. Thomas remains jailed in Aiken County.
